Thank you for choosing to participate in the Annual Black Owned Small Business Expo. Please read this agreement carefully. Following your submission, you will receive exhibitor updates via email (sent to the email address provided below) on a monthly basis, transitioning to weekly updates beginning in April. If you do not receive an exhibitor update email within 14 days of submission, please contact us at events@blackbizexpo.com.
Each small business vendor is provided one (1) 6-foot table and two (2) chairs with registration. Table draping or table covers may be provided for an additional fee of $25.00.
Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands. If you plan to bring an additional table, you must notify the event team at the time of registration. This is a tabletop show, and vendors are encouraged to be creative with their displays; however, all displays must fit within a 10’ x 10’ space. Loud music is prohibited, as onsite music and a DJ will be provided.
Premium booths include access to electricity. Vendors are advised to keep all products and exhibits within the 10’ x 10’ display size. Vendors with larger displays must provide advance notice to the event coordinator.
Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit floor on Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM for setup. The exhibit floor will open to the public at 10:00 AM and close at 4:00 PM.
Participation in the May 23, 2026 Expo is voluntary. Vendors retain all rights to their products and services, as well as any payments received for those products and services.
This event is produced by DanieBJones / DanieBJones LLC. DanieBJones / DanieBJones LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers, or patrons are on the exposition floor, venue property, or parking areas. In addition, DanieBJones assumes no liability for the effects of vendor products or services on patrons. Each vendor is solely responsible and liable for their own products and services.
Vendors must pay the full registration fee before vending space is reserved. Vendor floor placement is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the layout of the venue, all vending areas offer comparable visibility. Show management reserves the right to pre-select vendor placement based on products and/or services. Vendors may request a different location; however, such requests are not guaranteed.
Payment must be made through PayPal, major credit card, or money order. Please contact the event coordinator with any payment-related questions.
All registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of an accident, riot, strike, epidemic, act of God, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, the Black Owned Small Business Expo will be rescheduled for a future date to be determined. If the event is canceled by DanieBJones, this agreement will be considered null and void, and vendors will receive a full refund.
Small business vendors are permitted to use the event name, likeness, and approved promotional materials for marketing purposes. Registered vendors may submit one promotional item (e.g., coupon, business card, or flyer) for inclusion in complimentary registration bags distributed to attendees.
