Vendors must arrive and set up by (Time) on 07/22/206 at 12:00. Vendors are responsible for maintaining their space, including cleanliness and adherence to all health and safety regulations. Vendors are responsible for managing and disposing of their own trash throughout the event. Trash must be properly disposed of in designated areas. - Vendors must dismantle and clean their area by: 12:00PM on date: 07/26/2026. Food Vendors are required to have liability insurance and provide proof upon request. The festival organizers are not liable for any damages, theft, or loss incurred by the vendors during the event.
**Note:** This is a rain or shine event. There will be no refunds on Crafters or Vendors.
