  • Have you done your Device Maintenance Checks? Example 1) FIRESTICK maintenance. From the HOME SCREEN of your Firestick select SETTINGS / COG WHEEL (depending on the version of your device)1. Select APPLICATIONS then MANAGE INSTALLED APPLICATIONS2. Select all streaming applications and perform the following a. FORCE STOP all streaming applications b. CLEAR CACHE on all streaming applications3. RESTART your Firestick / streaming device (power down then power up)4. Restart your NETWORK if possible, both your modem and router and in that order if they are separate devices. Example 2) ONN Device Maintenance. To ensure optimal performance of your ONN streaming device, follow these steps from the HOME SCREEN:1. Navigate to Settings: From the home screen, find and select the settings (gear icon) option.2. Manage Apps: - Go to Applications. - Select Manage Installed Applications.3. Force Stop and Clear Cache: - Find all streaming applications listed and select each one. - For each app, perform the following: a. Force Stop to close the application completely. b. Clear Cache to free up storage space.4. Restart Your ONN Device: Power down your ONN streaming device and then power it back up.5. Restart Your Network if possible: If you have separate devices, restart your modem first and then your router. Performing these maintenance steps regularly (we suggest weekly) can help keep your ONN device running smoothly.
