    • 1. ᴄᴏɴꜰɪʀᴍᴀᴛɪᴏɴ 

    • • A booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received and an official confirmation message and/or notecard has been sent by management Raya.

      • Please note that a booking fee applies and is separate from your event balance; this fee does not count toward your total booking cost.

    • 2. Price 

    • • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the event.

      • Accepted payment methods include Linden Dollars (L$) via Second Life and Cash App.

      • Any bookings made less than 24 hours prior to your event date will result in a last-minute booking fee of L$1,250.

    • 3. Cancellation 

    • • If payment has been made in full, any cancellations submitted at least 24 hours prior to the event will qualify for a 50% refund, excluding any booking and/or late fees.

      • If only the deposit and booking fee have been paid, no refund will be issued.

      • In the event that DJ RAXX must cancel for any reason, a full refund will be provided.

      • Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

    • 4. Event Date & Time  
      •  Any modifications to the event date, time, or location must be communicated no less than two (2) days prior to the event. We reserve the right to revise the fee based on any changes to the event details.
    • 5. Layout 
      • The client must ensure that the venue provides adequate space. DJ RAXX will not perform on Homestead regions or land rented through the Chungs unless a full region is secured.
      • Please ensure that you, the venue manager RAYA, and/or DJ RAXX have the necessary permissions to properly set up the land. This includes, but is not limited to, connecting the stream, enabling or disabling voice, and granting building permissions.
    • 6. Responsibility  

    • • DJ RAXX shall not be held liable for any technical failures, service interruptions, or disruptions caused by Second Life server issues or client-side problems.

      • The client shall ensure that the venue is properly prepared and that all necessary permissions are granted for DJ RAXX to perform.

      • In the event that multiple DJs are booked, DJ RAXX shall be responsible solely for his own performance and conduct.

    • 7. Performance: 
      • DJ RAXX will perform for the time agreed upon in the booking form. If you’d like to extend the set, please request it in advance, as additional charges may apply.
