• AOIFA Online Green Book and Online Green Form Publishing GDPR Agreement

    For existing and newly qualified Demonstrators, Teachers, Judges and Speakers to allow or refuse permission to publish their contact details. Also to be used to change contact details or add new qualifications as each change requires a new GDPR agreement covering the new data.

    1. Definitions

    Data Provider (Depositor): Demonstrator/Teacher/Judge/Speaker

    Data Publisher (Recipient): AOIFA, Association of Irish Floral Artist

    Dataset: The password-protected database/files titled "Online Green Book" containing Name, email, telephone number and address details of Data Provider

    Authorised Users: Secretaries or approved Committee members of AOIFA Affiliated Flower Clubs.

     2. Data Security and Access (Password Protection)

    Security Protocol: The Dataset shall remain protected by technical safeguards, including password protection and restricted access mechanisms.

    Access Control: The Data Publisher agrees that access to the Dataset will only be granted to authorised users who have agreed to the terms of the GDPR online Green Book Data Use Agreement or a similar user agreement.

    Password Management: The Data Publisher will not share access credentials publicly. If password breaches occur, the Data Publisher will notify the Data Provider immediately and take steps to secure the data.

    3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

    Purpose: The data is provided for the purpose of facilitating AOIFA Affiliated Flower Clubs to contact Demonstrators, Judges, Teachers and Speakers with the view to book their services.

    Restrictions: The user shall not copy, sell, or distribute the raw dataset outside of the authorised environment.

    4. Intellectual Property

    The Data Provider retains all intellectual property rights to the Dataset and can withdraw their Data at any time through notification to AOIFA.

    5. Liability and Warranty

    The data is provided "as is". The Data Provider makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of the data. The Data Publisher assumes responsibility for the security of the data while in their custody.

    6. Termination

    This agreement may be terminated by either party with a 1 days' notice. Upon termination, the Data Publisher shall remove and delete the dataset. Completing and Submitting this Agreement Form shows your full consent with this agreement.

    All standard AOIFA GDPR rules and regulations apply on top of this specific agreement
