About the Project:
This is the first ever Stick & Scratch - a Youth Led Performance Night hosted at the new YMCA Community Hub in Bretton, and co-produced by local young people.
This project is led by Peterborough based artist and youthworker, Sarah Saxby and is funded and supported by Metal Culture.
Young people are working with Sarah every week to co-produce the event and will be making the final selection of artists to perform at the event.
The performance event will not just be catered to young people. We hope that audience members and artists of all ages and backgrounds attend and take part in the event as a chance to truly showcase not only the skills participants will have developed throughout the project, but also the diverse talent in our city.
