Volunteer Agreement, Liability Waiver, and Media Release

Volunteer Agreement: I understand that my participation as a volunteer with Eternally Anointed Ministries is voluntary and that I am not an employee. I agree to abide by the ministry’s policies, values, and code of conduct.
Liability Waiver: I release Eternally Anointed Ministries, its staff, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation in volunteer activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Media Release: I grant permission for Eternally Anointed Ministries to use photographs, video, or audio recordings taken of me during ministry activities for promotional or informational purposes, unless I notify the ministry in writing otherwise.
