Food Truck Participation Disclaimer
By submitting this application, the food truck operator acknowledges and agrees to the following conditions for participation in the Central Texas Barbecue Roundup:
The food truck operator is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, and approvals necessary to operate in Bell County, Texas, including all applicable permits and inspections required by the Bell County Public Health District.
The food truck operator confirms that all food preparation, handling, storage, and service will be conducted in compliance with all federal, state, county, and local health regulations and food safety requirements.
The food truck operator confirms that they carry valid Commercial General Liability insurance appropriate for mobile food service operations. Proof of insurance will be required prior to final approval and event setup and must meet venue requirements.
The Central Texas Barbecue Roundup and the event venue assume no responsibility for the food truck’s operations, food safety practices, employees, equipment, or sales activities. The food truck operator accepts full responsibility for their operations and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizer and venue from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation.
Food truck placement and space assignment will be determined solely by the event organizer. Placement decisions will be made to support safety, traffic flow, operational efficiency, and food variety, including efforts to avoid placing competing food concepts adjacent to one another. Placement requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy:
Food truck operators may cancel their participation by providing written notice to the event organizer. Cancellations received more than seven (7) days prior to the event date may be eligible for a refund, less any non-recoverable administrative costs. Cancellations received within seven (7) days of the event, or failure to appear on the event day, will be non-refundable. The event organizer reserves the right to fill vacated food truck spaces as necessary to maintain event operations.
Failure to comply with health regulations, insurance requirements, venue rules, or event policies may result in removal from the event without refund.
