Termination of Engagement
SLP Tax Service reserves the right to discontinue tax preparation services when necessary, including when a client fails to provide requested information or documentation, provides incomplete or inaccurate information, fails to cooperate with reasonable requests necessary to prepare an accurate return, fails to pay agreed fees, requests that SLP Tax Service take a position we believe is improper or unsupported, or when continuing the professional relationship is no longer appropriate.
If the engagement is terminated before the tax return is filed, the client will be notified that SLP Tax Service will perform no further work. The client remains responsible for meeting all applicable tax filing and payment deadlines and for obtaining another tax professional if necessary.
Termination of the engagement does not eliminate the client’s responsibility for fees for services already performed or otherwise agreed upon.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
Submission of this form does not establish a client relationship until services have been reviewed and accepted by SLP Tax Service.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or missing documentation may delay processing or prevent completion of your tax return.
Please upload clear and legible copies of all required documents. Returns will not be completed until all required documentation has been received.
SLP Tax Service is not responsible for penalties, interest, rejected returns, offsets, or delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or omitted information provided by the taxpayer.
