St Francis FC Summer Tournament 2026

Important Information

Welcome to the St Francis FC Summer Tournament Entry Form.

⚽ Affiliation: This tournament is sanctioned by Hampshire FA.

📅 Entries close: 3rd May 2026
💷 Entry Fee: £50 (early-bird entry of £45 per team). Payment will be requested when completing this form.

📝 To Complete the Form:

Have your club's FA Organisation Number and Manager FA Numbers (FAN) ready.
Age groups are based on the 2025/26 season.

Team Formats & Rules:

U7 & U8: 5-a-side
U9 and older: 6-a-side
Squad Limit: 10 players for all teams
U7-U10: Non-competitive (medals for all)
U11 and older: Competitive
Seeding: Teams will be seeded based on strength where possible, depending on the number of entries.

Important Notes:

This is a grassroots tournament - academy-level teams and JPL Girls teams are respectfully asked not to enter.
Girls' teams playing in mixed leagues should enter the mixed tournament.

We’ll now ask for details of the team and manager being entered into the tournament.

🔹 Age Groups: Based on the 2025/26 season.
🔹 Eligibility: Acceptance is subject to correct payment and your club/team being affiliated.

Important Requirements:

Each team must be accompanied by a Club Official with a current Criminal Records Check (DBS) and each team must have an FA-qualified First Aid official with them on the day
FA Numbers (FAN): These will be verified on the FA Whole Game System. Team officials must be able to provide proof of ID.

Safeguarding Responsibility:
On the tournament day, managers are responsible for ensuring all players are briefed on the Safeguarding arrangements. These details will be outlined in the Sign-in Form and the Tournament Programme provided on the day.

🔹 Squad Ages: Based on the 2025/26 season.
🔹 Number of Teams: Select the number of teams you wish to enter (max squad size: 10 players per team).

Seeding Information:

Please indicate your team’s strength based on the current division level they play at.
Important: Teams found trying to enter into a lower skill level than appropriate may be removed or disqualified.
While we will do our best to seed teams appropriately, groupings will depend on the number of entries. Skill levels may be split or merged as necessary.

Grassroots Focus:

This is a grassroots tournament - academy-level teams and JPL Girls teams are respectfully asked not to enter.
Girls teams playing in mixed leagues should register in the mixed tournament.

Additional Notes:

You can register multiple teams but only for one age group at a time (submit a new form for each additional age group).
