Provide hunt materials
Record event results

Club Agreement
Provide a Certified Hunt Director
Conduct ABC open events according ABC rules
Schedule events as in a timely manner
Conduct hearings for any questions or concerns
Complete and file Hunt Reports within 4 days
Report unsportsmanlike conduct to ABC
Provide ABC with accurate Club Directions
Comply with ABC's By-Laws and Addendums
Follow non-profit organization guidelines
