    Shipping:

    • Shipping is in the USA only.
    • Actual shipping cost will be calculated based on your order and will be included on your invoice.
    • You may choose your shipping carrier: USPS or UPS or the cheapest option between the 2.  Each option does come with carrier liability, however theft may not be covered.
    • Twelve-6 is not liable for packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. Please indicate if you would like to pay for additional insurance on your package or you require additional services like signature requried.

    Payment:

    • Payments are now accepted via Zelle or Stripe and Square which both have a CashApp option and the ability to use debit/credit cards. 
    • Payments are due within 48 hours of the invoice being sent. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder if you have placed an order and are expecting an invoice.
    • Leave the payment memo BLANK if possible. If you have to put something in the memo section, ONLY PUT THE NUMBER OF YOUR INVOICE.

    Processing:

    • Orders will be processed after payment is made. Payments are due 48 hours after invoices are sent.
    • If not paid in full after 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and items will be put back into stock.
    • Items will be shipped within 24 business hours (M-F) after payment is made. You will then be provided with a tracking number via email.

    Twelve-6 Supplies is not liable for end use of any products. We are unable to guarantee claims of sterility of any items by the manufacturer.
