Shipping:

Shipping is in the USA only. Actual shipping cost will be calculated based on your order and will be included on your invoice. You may choose your shipping carrier: USPS or UPS or the cheapest option between the 2. Each option does come with carrier liability, however theft may not be covered. Twelve-6 is not liable for packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. Please indicate if you would like to pay for additional insurance on your package or you require additional services like signature requried.

Payment:

Payments are accepted via Venmo, PayPal, CashApp and Zelle. WE NOW ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS MARKED FRIENDS/FAMILY. Payments are due within 48 hours of the invoice being sent. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder if you have placed an order and are expecting an invoice. Please ONLY PUT YOUR NAME, USERNAME OR AN EMOJI in the notes section when making payments. If you pay using Goods/Services or you can't follow directions for notes, your payment will be refunded and order cancelled.

Processing:

Orders will be processed after payment is made. Payments are due 48 hours after invoices are sent. If not paid in full after 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and items will be put back into stock. Items will be shipped within 24 business hours (M-F) after payment is made. You will then be provided with a tracking number via email.

Twelve-6 Supplies is not liable for end use of any products. We are unable to guarantee claims of sterility of any items by the manufacturer.

Custom V1/V2 Label Rings: List name and color choice. Available colors: White, Gray, Black, Red, Transparent Blue, Transparent Orange, Transparent Green, Transparent Pink and Transparent Clear. Please note names may be shortened to fit the ring (4-5 characters max). If you are ordering custom rings and would like your entire ring set ONE color, please indicate here. Allow additional time for custom printing. If ordering both V1 and V2 customs, please indicate what size for each ring.
