REGISTRATION FEE: A registration fee of $220.00 for a new family and $170.00 for a for a returning family is due at the time of registration. THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Reminder: August tuition is due on July 10th, 2025.

TUITION POLICIES: All tuition is based on a TEN-MONTH SCHOOL YEAR (Mid-August through mid-June). The tuition rate for the regular school year is divided into ten (10) equal monthly payments, regardless of the number of teaching days in any given month. This is a standard cost-per-student calculation. Tuition is due on or before the 10th of the month and we bill for the month ahead. For example, September’s tuition is due in August, etc. A 5% late fee will be assessed to all accounts not paid by the 20th of the month. Students cannot be admitted to class if late payment is not received by the 1st of the month. A $25.00 charge will be added for any returned checks or payments. Accounts with checks/payments returned twice will be required to make “cash only” payments.

* We require a 30 DAY NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL. No tuition refunds will be permitted past this the 30-day period. This means that notice must be given 30 days prior to the next tuition due date in order to receive a refund of tuition paid.

Both of our TK teachers are incredibly talented, and children are placed in classrooms according to birthdates, developmental readiness, and ratio availability.

VACATION CREDIT: FULL TIME students are eligible for a one-week vacation credit per year only after one full year of enrollment.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no daily or weekly discounts given to daycare or preschool students who are absent from their classrooms due to illness. We do not offer “make-up” days for illness or absence. Any additional time/days you may need care will be added to your tuition invoice as “drop-in” hours for an additional fee, and must be approved by administration beforehand. This is to ensure we are able to accommodate children in ratio in accordance with CA State Licensing parameters.
