Liability: The bakery is not responsible for any alcohol-related incidents outside of the class.

Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the class.Liability Release:I release and hold harmless Cuppy de Cakes and the event venue, including owners, employees, and volunteers, from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation, including claims for negligence.I understand that the venue is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the class.In the event of injury or illness, I authorize Cuppy de Cakes to seek medical treatment on my behalf.
