1. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on each completed order generated through:
Their unique affiliate link, and/or
Their assigned discount code
Commissions are earned only on successfully completed and non-refunded orders.
2. Posting & Promotion Requirements
To remain active in the affiliate program, affiliates are required to:
Post at least two (2) times per week on their social media story and/or feed
Content must clearly feature or show our products
Affiliates are encouraged to include their affiliate link or discount code so followers can receive a discount, and commissions can be tracked
Failure to meet posting requirements may result in removal from the program.
3. Payouts
Affiliate payouts will be issued once the affiliate account balance reaches $50 USD
Payments will be deposited directly into the affiliate’s bank account.
Payouts are calculated after order completion and any applicable return period. Payments are processed on the 15th of each month for the previous month's earnings.
4. Inactivity & Program Removal
If an affiliate does not post or promote for more than two (2) consecutive weeks, they will be considered inactive and may be removed from the affiliate program at that time.
We reserve the right to remove affiliates who do not meet activity or promotion requirements.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Engage in spam, misleading, or deceptive promotion
Use our brand name in paid ads without written permission
Misrepresent discounts, pricing, or product claims
Violation of these terms may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Program Modifications & Termination
Emon J. Artistry reserves the right to:
- Modify commission rates or program terms at any time
- Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at our discretion
7. Acceptance of Terms
By joining and participating in the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Affiliate Program Agreement.
