1) No cooking, grills, or open camp fires.

2) All Canopy's, Pop ups or Tents Must be weighted with 30Lbs in each corner.

3) We Suggest that all particpant vendors, campers, show vehicles have a fire extinguisher.

August weather will be hot. Combine that with Dry grass, Gasoline, Older expensive cars and Wooden buildings.  Perfect ingredients for a disaster if we are unprepared... 

It is our goal to have a wonderful safe day.  (Yes - We have had cars fires in the past)
