Applications are assessed case by case and no guarantee it will be approved by the club.

Requirements:
1. All non-ACES players must attend Aces PVL trials or submit the Trial Absence Form with a valid reason. ACES returning players can submit the Trial Absence Form and tick the 'Returning Players Exemption'.
2. At least 10 regular players on the team list. If there are less than 10, PVL fees will be charged to backup players until 10 players are reached.
3. All players should not be on the banned list of Aces United or with debt from previous seasons.
4. All non-ACES players complete club transfer or register under Aces Untied by 28 Feb to confirm not owing fees to current clubs.
5. $200 per team VQ PVL bond payable, plus $100 extra bond for fine deduction by Aces United within 3 days after approval.
6. During the season, no other regular ACES playerss can be borrowed. $25 will be deducted if the self-organised team needs to borrow other ACES players to avoid forfeits.
7. All players should be available to fill in for ACES teams one division up and one division down when needed, provided no clash or impact to the player's self-organised team.
8. Self-organised team will have lower training priority when there is limited court availability. No coaches will be assigned to the team unless requested by the team with standard coaching payment.
9. Aces United reserve the right to alter the above conditions for the best interest of the club.
