HEARTS PW 2026-2027 Grant Application

HEARTS PW is thrilled to bring the Port Washington Schools and the surrounding community the opportunity to apply for grants in all areas of the arts.

Please fill in all fields below. Please attach any necessary documents (budget spreadsheet or resumes) in the form where directed. Please click submit only when the form is complete. Once you click on submit you can no longer access the application.

Please note that there is no save button. However, you can begin your application and return to it later.
