    1)April 18th Lake Cumberland Event - Conley Bottom - Blast off At Tournament Trailer. - Pre tournament meeting will be announced - Follow Casting Facebook Page. You can boat in from another ramp, boat check will be on the water. 2) No solicitation of information from third party concerning lake or fishing conditions, including online or social media. 3) Winners must agree to submit to a polygraph examination upon request, which will be administered by an independent party following the weigh-in. All decisions based upon the results of the polygraph are final. 4) In the event of a negative test result, the team will be immediately disqualified and the next highest weight will be advanced accordingly. 5)  Guaranteed Payout $15,000 First Place, 3,500 Second Place, 2,000 Third Place, 1,500 Fourth Place. 1,000 Fifth Place, 650 Sixth through Tenth Place, 11th through 20th place $500, 21st through 30th 400. POLYGRAPH WILL BE ADMINISTERED TO AT LEAST One Random Person from 1st place, with two more random pulls from the top five and Big Fish. Polygraph will be on-site and will be a professional “law- enforcement” quality polygraph. Please plan on at least an hour per polygraph. 6)  Largemouth 15", Smallmouth 18", and Kentucky bass 15”. Subject to change if regulations change. 7) All boats must be checked in with tournament officials at their flight’s assigned time (no later) at the designated location. This is a MANDATORY check in. Fish will not be weighed in if you do not check in with the officials at the check in location. Late Check In Results in 1 pound per minute penalty. 8) Weigh-in time verified when anglers check in. You will receive a time card for the actual weigh-in. 9)Largemouth, and Spotted Bass must have minimum length of 15 inches, - measured on Golden rule. Mouth closed and tail fanned or pinched. Smallmouth 18 inches. Paintsville - Largemouth, Smallmouth and Spotted Bass must have minimum length of 12 inches, - measured on Golden rule. Mouth closed and tail fanned or pinched. 11) All boats must be equipped with an operating aerated live well. All live wells must be checked prior to start. 12) FIVE (5) fish creel limit per boat. 13) Field limited to 200 boats, unless changed by tournament committee. 14) Artificial baits only. 15) No trolling allowed. Maximum rod length 8 ft. 16) Starting times will be determined by a draw at the pre-tournament meeting. First Top 30- Spots Will be Auctioned off. remaining will be determined by random lot. The meeting will time and location will be announced. Flight 1 - Check in 3PM, Filght 2 Check in 3:15PM, Filght 3 Check in 3:30PM, Flight 4 Check in 4PM, Flight 5... Announced at Pre Tournament meeting. 17) Boats late for their predetermined weigh-in time will be 1 pound per minute. 18) Both anglers rant must be 16 years of age, and if necessary have parental consent. 19) Fishing not permitted within 50 yards from another competitors anchor or in designated off limit areas around Marina. Off limits between buoys 20) Life jackets must be worn when gasoline engine is running. 21) All boats must have an operating “kill switch” to be worn at all times while big engine is running. 22) One-pound penalty and loss of fish for a short fish. 6 oz penalty for dead fish. Mangled or altered fish will not be weighed. NO DEAD FISH will be accepted for BIG FISH. 23) Any protests must be lodged in writing within 30 minutes of weigh-ins. All decisions by tournament committee are final. 24) Boat must be fully insured with proof provided during pre-tournament meeting. 25) NO fishing inside or beind marina signs designated as "NO Fishing" 26) In the event of mechanical failure or entered boat becoming disabled, the competitors whose boat has been disabled shall immediately contact the Tournament Director via cellphone as an approved Emergency Call usage. If the director cannot be contacted for instructions, competitors may seek assistance from another competitors boat. The competitors from both boats shall sign affirmations confirming separation of each teams fish. Polygraphs may be ordered to confirm affirmations. 28) You Must use Casting Weigh in Bags. 29) Do Not Load Boat if You have Fish. 30) Boat Check will be outside of Conley Bottom on boat with Flag. 31)All Decisions Made by Tournament Committee Will Be Final. 32). No Cell Phones used during tournament - emergencies only.

    In consideration for receiving permission to participate in the Casting for Kids Bass Tournament on April 18th on Lake Cumberland and , I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Big Sandy Shrine Club , El Hasa Temple, its officers, servants, agents, Commonwealth of Kentucky, and all sponsors (hereinafter referred to as "releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releases, or otherwise, while participating in the tournament, or while in, on or upon the premises where the tournament is being conducted, while in transit to or from the premises, or in any place or places connected with the tournament. I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with being on the premises and participating in the tournament, and I am fully aware that there may be risks and hazards unknown to me connected with being on the premises and participating in the tournament, and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in the tournament, to enter upon the tournament premises and engage in activities knowing that conditions may be hazardous, or may become hazardous or dangerous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property dam-age or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of my being a participant in the tournament, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise. This waiver shall be binding on my heirs and assigns in the event of my death or disability. I further agree to hold harmless and indemnify the releases listed above for any loss associated with my actions during this event.
