Position Overview:
Behavior Technician Application (BT) works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. This role includes direct one-on-one therapy, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams across home, school, and community settings. Scheduling may include up to six (6) days per week, based on client needs and staff availability. The BT is required to complete the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Pathway Program within the first (90) days of employment.
RBT Pathway Program Overview:
Our RBT Pathway Program supports individuals entering the ABA field through company-sponsored 40-hour BACB-approved training, BCBA-led competency assessment, paid first RBT exam attempt, and ongoing clinical supervision. Participants are required to pass the RBT exam within 90 days of their start date and, upon certification, commit to a minimum of six (6) months of employment with Honey BeeHavior Kids to support continued professional growth.
