Camp Contract
This agreement is intended to act as a contract between World Class Cheerleading (“WCC”) and the undersigned. The information contained in this agreement is in accordance with previous correspondence with the undersigned.

Payment Terms
Payment will be made to the WCC via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business. Deposits are due by 5/15/26 or upon receipt of emailed confirmation of camp dates if registration is after 5/15/26 in the amount of $100 per athlete.

All athletes/coaches/advisors attending event must have a signed medical and media release form in order to attend and participate

Emergency Protocol
All coaches and advisors must have an emergency protocol in place and communicate such protocol to WCC staff prior to camp start.

- No meals are included by WCC at Home Camps.
- Overnight Camp provides the following:
  - Dinner Day 1
  - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Day 2
  - Breakfast Day 3

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of camp after customer pays a deposit will result in fees of up to 50% of total deposit.

The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the camp.

No refunds will be issued for camp cancellation within 14 days of the first day of the scheduled camp.
