Thank you so much for your interest in our cakes! Please take a moment to carefully read through the information below before submitting your order form.
- Email Hours: We respond to emails from Sunday to Wednesday.
  *Any order forms submitted between Thursday and Saturday will be processed, and invoices will be sent out starting the following Sunday.
[Order Process]
- Confirmation: Submitting this form does not guarantee your order. Your booking is officially confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Payment Deadline: Payment must be made within 36 hours of receiving the invoice. If not, the order will be automatically canceled to open the slot for other customers.
- Lead Time: We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance, as our calendar fills up quickly!
[Pickup Instructions]
- Pickup Days: Pickups are available Wednesday through Saturday.
- Details: The exact location and detailed pickup instructions will be sent via text on the Monday of your pickup week once your order is confirmed.
[Cacellation & Refund Policy]
- Please note that all payments are non-refundable once confirmed. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 1 week in advance.
