Email Hours: We respond to emails from Monday to Wednesday.
*Any order forms submitted between Thursday and Sunday will be processed, and invoices will be sent out starting the following Monday.

[Order Process]

Confirmation: Submitting this form does not guarantee your order. Your booking is officially confirmed only after full payment is received.
Payment Deadline: Payment must be made within 36 hours of receiving the invoice. If not, the order will be automatically canceled to open the slot for other customers.
Lead Time: We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance, as our calendar fills up quickly!

[Pickup Instructions]

Details: The exact location and detailed pickup instructions will be sent via text on the Monday of your pickup week once your order is confirmed.

[Cacellation & Refund Policy]

Please note that all payments are non-refundable once confirmed. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 1 week in advance.

Even if you're requesting one of my past designs, please understand that it may not look 100% identical, as each cake is handmade and may have slight variations.

If you don’t have specific cake inspiration photos, please feel free to share any related images such as the party decorations, backdrop, outfit, cookies, or anything else you’ll be using. These references will help me come up with a design idea for your cake!
