Saturday, May 30 from 10am to 5pm at Sunridge Mall, 2525 36 Street NE, Calgary
Each teacher will need to share the Pledge Form and the Consent Form with their students. (These links can also be found after you submit this form and in the confirmation email that Jotform will send to you after submitting.)

Before registration closes, a maximum of 30 minutes will be assigned to each teacher. If longer blocks of time are available after registration closes, teachers who requested longer blocks will be notified.
