1. Current Undergraduate Applicant: A personal statement of financial need. Why do you deserve an ICF scholarship, and how will it help you achieve your goals?

4. SCHOOL CERTIFIED OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS - Must be sent via U.S. Mail and RECEIVED BY APRIL 10, 2026. Please note: The P.O. Box does not accept hand-delivered mail.  Mail Transcripts to:

5. PERSONAL SIGNATURE FORM - Please ensure that all parties have signed the applicable documents. Parent signature is required if applicant is under 18 years old on the date of application submission.

Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted, no exceptions.

All scholarship finalists will be required to submit verification of enrollment in an educational entity, community college, trade school or four-year college/university by way of registration receipt prior to disbursement of scholarship funds.
