    Workshop Purpose: To convene key public, private, and nonprofit stakeholders to advance shared understanding and influence the evolution of environmental frameworks shaping clean fuel markets and accelerating the clean energy transition.

    2026 Workshop Objectives: Build practical knowledge of lifecycle analysis and carbon accounting methodologies used in clean fuel markets; examine current and emerging environmental frameworks and identify opportunities to shape their evolution; explore how market-based mechanisms influence sustainability strategies and investment decisions; and facilitate peer-to-peer exchange and collaboration among leaders driving the clean fuels transition.

    Target audience: Sustainability experts from industry, academia, non-profit, and government sectors, including anyone involved in clean fuels supply chains.

    Hotel Information: A room block has been reserved at Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza. Click here to reserve your room. Note that hotel and travel expenses are not part of the registration fee. In order to receive the group rate, hotel room reservations must be made by April 14, 2026.

    Payment: Registrations will not be processed without payment unless included as part of a sponsorship package. Sponsorship registrations will be invoiced separately.

    Please note that on-site registrations are available at an increased rate.

    Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received by Clean Fuels Alliance America at least 14 days prior to the workshop. After that date, an administration fee of $25 per cancelled registration will be retained.

    Keynote Address

    Rod Snyder, Principal and Founder of Junction Strategies
    The workshop will feature keynote speaker Rod Snyder, Principal and Founder of Junction Strategies. Snyder brings over two decades of leadership at the intersection of agriculture and environmental policy, having served as Senior Advisor for Agriculture to former EPA Administrator Michael Regan before becoming the inaugural director of the EPA’s Office of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Previously, Snyder served as president of Field to Market: The Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture, where he led efforts to advance sustainability in U.S. commodity crop farming.
