Parent / Guardian Agreement & Consent

Little Pomegranates Circle Time is a caregiver-attended program designed to nurture connection, learning, and shared presence between children and their parents or guardians.

By registering for and attending this program, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Not a Drop-Off Program
Little Pomegranates Circle Time is not a drop-off program. A parent or legal guardian must remain on site and actively supervise their child for the entire duration of the session.
Supervision Responsibility
The parent or guardian remains fully responsible for their child’s safety, behavior, and well-being at all times during the program.
Optional Parent-Arranged Childminding
If a parent wishes to step away briefly during designated playtime (for example, to engage in Ramadan ibādah such as prayer or reflection), this may only occur if:

Childminding is independently and mutually arranged with another attending parent, and
Both parents clearly agree to this temporary supervision arrangement.
Rumanah Wellness / Little Pomegranates does not provide childminding services and assumes no responsibility for informal parent-to-parent arrangements.
Respectful Community Environment
This program is intended to foster a calm, respectful, and nurturing environment for children and caregivers alike. Parents agree to support this atmosphere through attentive presence and respectful conduct.

By participating, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and that I am attending with the understanding that this is a shared, caregiver-present experience.
