Please provide a list of ALL the handmade products you plan to sell at the event. If selected, you will only be permitted to sell what you disclose.

Do you have a consumable product (food, candles, personal care) or offer sharp objects such as knives or blades? We require a Certificate of Insurance listing GNE Events, LLC and Jody D at 510 DW Highway, Merrimack NH 03054 as an additional insured for this event.

I understand that corner booths are on a first come first serve basis and I am not guaranteed to receive these additional requests.

Preferred move-in times (note: Friday is the day before the show, and Saturday is the day of the show)

I understand that upon acceptance to the show, I will receive an email with a link to a payment form to submit a NON- refundable $100 deposit. I will forfeit my booth space in the festival if I fail to remit payment within 7 days of acceptance.

I understand that IF I am accepted into the show, I will also receive an invoice for the cost of booth space + add ons, which MUST be paid 30 days prior to the festival. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of my space in the festival.

I understand that applications will be reviewed within 3 weeks of submission. I will be notified of application status via email. I will check my spam folder prior to application status inquires- emails will be sent from JOTFORM
