Seat Selection Guidance

For clients engaging FSO Pros for fractional FSO or security administration services, access for FSO Pros personnel is provisioned separately and does not require the purchase of additional seats under this order form.

When configuring your subscription, please select only the number of seats required for your organization’s internal personnel by module type (e.g., Employee Reporting Users, Security Administrators, FOCI Users, FOCI Administrators).

Do not include seats for FSO Pros personnel, as those users are provisioned independently through FSO Pros’ partner access to your 351X instance.

Billing & Term

Review important information about subscription term, billing, and policies.
Subscription Term: The subscription is annual and renews automatically unless written notice is provided at least 30 days prior to renewal.
Billing & Invoicing: Fees are billed annually in advance.
Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the subscriber.
Refund Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the agreement.
Agreement Incorporation

By submitting this order, you agree to the 351X Master Subscription Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, and all related legal documents (see links below).
This subscription order incorporates by reference the 351X Software as a Service Agreement (Terms of Service), Data Processing Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Service Level Agreement available at: https://351x.ixntechnologies.com/legal-documents.
I have read and agree to the 351X Master Subscription Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, Privacy Policy, and Service Level Agreement, and I am authorized to bind the entity identified above.
Payment & Activation Process

Payment will be processed securely via Stripe. An IXN Technologies service representative will coordinate onboarding. The annual subscription term begins on the date system access is granted.

ACH (Bank Transfer) Payments:
If you select ACH (bank transfer) as your payment method, Stripe may require additional verification steps with your financial institution (e.g., microdeposits or account confirmation).

ACH payments are not processed instantly and may take several business days to clear. Your subscription order is considered legally binding upon submission of this form, however:
- Final payment confirmation
- Receipt of the completed order form with transaction details
- System access and onboarding
will occur only after payment has successfully cleared.

You will receive a confirmation email and finalized order documentation once the ACH payment has settled.
Electronic Execution Statement

Electronic signatures and records.
This agreement may be executed and delivered electronically. By clicking “Accept Agreement & Complete Order,” you confirm that you have read and agree to the 351X Master Subscription Agreement and related documents referenced above, acknowledge that electronic signatures and records are legally binding under applicable laws (including the U.S. E-SIGN Act and state equivalents), and enter into a legally binding subscription agreement. You will then be redirected to Stripe to submit payment.
