I agree to complete all the Orem City, Utah County and State permitting and rules agreements to be considered in the Aloha Fest 2026 on Saturday July 25th, 2026.I agree that my booth and surrounding areas will be free of trash and debris. We are required to help assist the festival and cleaning the park in a timely fashion.

Temporary Food/Drink Booths (The Aloha Fest is not responsible for helping with the application process) ABSOLUTELY NO DUMPING OF OIL OR DIRTY WATER OR ANY WASTE ON THE GRASS!! **All food and beverage vendors intending to sell products that are open, exposed, and served directly to consumers in Utah County must obtain a temporary permit from the Utah County Health Department (U.C.H.D.). This 14-day permit is event-specific and non-transferable. Before any vendor permits can be issued, the event itself must be approved by UCHD. If the event does not appear in the application system, please notify the event coordinator so they can register for the event with UCHD. Private parties, weddings, and private fund raisers are not approved events. All food and beverage vendors are required to obtain a Temporary Food Permit. To begin the application process, visit this link: Annual Permits & Certifications | Utah County Health Department and click on “Temporary Food Application.” You will be redirected to a page where you can create an account. On that page, hover over and click the blue “signing up” or “logging in here” link embedded in the text to proceed with account creation. Restaurant/food truck owners are NOT allowed to bring their original commercial food permit to use at the event. They must complete a Utah County Health Department (UCHD) Temporary Food application and receive a specific Temporary Food permit for the specific event. If vendors are found operating without a permit, they will be closed. This will also be a violation cited against the event coordinator. All vendor food booths must be set up properly. The owner or responsible person of the booth must have: Proper handwash station, Proper dishwashing sink set up, Thermometers if cooking meat. Must be set up on tarp or equivalent flooring if booth is in dirt/dusty conditions. Must have one person that has a Food Handler’s permit. Follow every and all other regulations. Commissary Kitchen A commissary (commercially approved kitchen) is only required for temporary food vendors if any preparation or large storage of food or beverage ingredients are prepared off site. Sampling: If vendors are only offering samples (2 oz. or less), they will not need to apply for a Temporary Food Permit with the Utah County Health Department. However, please ensure proper handwashing practices are followed, and provide allergen information for your samples, specifically addressing the nine major allergens.
