  • BOOKING AND PAYMENT

    • Applying for an event does not automatically guarantee your booking.
    • Only full payment will confirm your booking.
    • An invoice will be sent if you are approved for an event.
    • If your payment is not received in full by the due date on the invoice prior to the event, your booking will be cancelled without any further notice given and any monies previously paid will be forfeited.
    • The organiser reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel any and all applicants without further explanation.


    CANCELLATION POLICY

    • The organiser takes no responsibility for any error in the bookings made by the applicant. Full cancellation policy is applied.
    • 100% refund if booking is cancelled 6 (six) weeks prior to the event.
      50% refund if booking is cancelled 3 (three) weeks prior to the event.
    • If an event is cancelled by the organizer, a credit for another event will be offered or partial refund depending on circumstances.


    EVENT RULES

    • Where a preference or request regarding your booked space has been received and approved, every effort will be made to deliver these requests, but if not possible you will be notified.
    • If any changes to the event happen that may affect you, you will be notified unless it is last minute on the day, every effort to contact you in this circumstance and make you aware will be taken.
    • Bookings are for floor space only. If venue tables are available, they will be assigned on a first come first served basis and only after full payment is received.
    • Public liability insurance must be current on the day of the event. Minimum cover must be $20 million.
    • All stall holders will be expected to be set up and ready by the opening time of the event.
    • No pull down of your stall is to happen before organisers’ approval.
    • No moving of stock and trolleys while customers are still present, due to safety regulations.
    • No posting of anything on the wall of the venue unless prior approval has been received by the venue.
    • No smudge sticks, incense or naked flames in the venue unless prior approval has been given by the venue.
