CANCELATION and REUND POLICY: Cancellations made within 14 days of a camp start date will result in a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee. Any remaining balance will be refunded. For multi-week or full-summer registrations, refunds apply only to unused weeks. No refunds are issued for missed days, illness, vacations, behaivor suspensions, or schedule changes. Camp fees are non-refundable after a week has begun.*

I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Victory Creative Learning, LLC, its owners, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my child’s participation in camp activities or the use of equipment or property owned by or under the control of Victory Creative Learning, LLC.*

Eligibility & Participation Acknowledgment: I acknowledge that all campers must be fully potty independent and able to participate appropriately in a group-based camp environment.I understand that Victory Creative Learning, LLC is not able to provide one-on-one behavioral or personal care support. If my child is unable to meet participation or safety expectations, I understand that my child may be withdrawn from camp, and that camp fees are non-refundable in such cases.*

I understand that these recordings may be edited at the discretion of Victory Creative Learning, LLC.I acknowledge that my child’s full name, address, and personal identifying information will not be made public.*

4-Week Camp Package

$1,000.00 Children

4-Week $300 Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-transferable, non-refundable payment is due at enrollment to secure your child’s spot and will be applied toward tuition. An additional $350 is due April 15, $350 is due May 15, and the remaining balance must be paid in full before camp begins. Automatic payments will be set up in our tuition app.

8-Week Non-Refundable Deposit ($500)

A non-transferable, non-refundable deposit is due at enrollment to secure your child’s spot and will be applied toward tuition.

For the 8-week camp option, the remaining balance of $1,500 may be paid in two installments: $750 due April 15 and $750 due May 15. All tuition must be paid in full before camp begins.
