STUDENT INFORMATION

Select the week(s) you would like to register for:

Extended care is available to support your family’s schedule and is offered based on minimum enrollment to ensure appropriate staffing. If minimum enrollment is not met, extended care may not be available. Morning Care: 7:30 AM – 8:20 AM; Afternoon Care: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM; Morning Only: $20/week; Afternoon Only: $35/week; Morning & Afternoon: $50/week. Please indicate below if you would like to request extended care.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS: A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure my child’s spot. epaosits will be applied towards tuition. All tuition must be paid according to the selected payment plan. All payments are final. No refunds, credits, or make-up days will be issued for absences, illness, withdrawal, or dismissal.

ATTENDANCE AND SCHEDULE: I will adhere to designated drop-off and pick-up times. Late pick-up fees will apply after the grace period.Early drop-off and unscheduled extended care are not permitted.

STUDENT READINESS : My child is fully potty trained, can participate in a group setting with minimal support, and I understand unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

Eligibility & Participation Acknowledgment: I acknowledge that all campers must be fully potty independent and able to participate appropriately in a group-based camp environment. I understand that Victory Creative Learning, LLC is not able to provide one-on-one behavioral or personal care support. If my child is unable to meet participation or safety expectations, I understand that my child may be withdrawn from camp, and that camp fees are non-refundable in such cases.

Media Release Authorization: I hereby grant Victory Creative Learning, LLC permission to photograph, video record, and/or audio record my child for use in print, digital, and electronic media, including but not limited to websites, social media, promotional materials, and educational publications. I understand that these recordings may be edited at the discretion of Victory Creative Learning, LLC. I acknowledge that my child’s full name, address, and personal identifying information will NOT be made public.

By registering my child, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Victory Creative Learning STEM and Summer Camp policies. I understand that I am responsible for reviewing the Camp Handbook prior to my child’s participation.

A non-transferable, non-refundable payment is due at enrollment to secure your child’s spot and will be applied toward tuition. Additional payments are due bi-weekly, and the remaining balance must be paid in full before camp begins. We will add you to our parent portal to set up automatic payments invoiced via email.

Half-Day Week (8:30 - 12:30)

Select this option for the half-day camp option. Drop off is 8:30 and pick up is 12:30 pm. Be sure to send your child to camp with lunch.
