By attending this women’s circle gathering, I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for my own physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I understand that this gathering may include activities such as movement, meditation, sharing, and holistic practices, and I agree to participate at my own pace and discretion. In accordance with California law, I knowingly and expressly assume all risks associated with participation and hereby release and hold harmless the facilitator(s), organizers, and hosts from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation, including those arising from ordinary negligence. I understand that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of California, and that it does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violations of law.
