The Disability Inclusion Award recognises businesses within the Hills who serve the whole community and aim to accommodate everyone’s needs regardless of their abilities.
One in five Australians has some kind of disability, so making your business accessible and inclusive is good for business and for the community.
Other customers that benefit from improved access include older people, families with young children, and local and overseas visitors.
