  • Purpose of This Agreement

  • This agreement outlines the expectations, rights, and responsibilities for Time‑For‑Photos (TFP) collaborations with Imaginative Images, operated by Sean Crane. All work created under this agreement is for portfolio, artistic, and non‑commercial use unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Deliverables

  • Imaginative Images agrees to provide a minimum of 5 edited images per shoot, delivered within 2 weeks via a private online gallery. RAW and unedited JPG files are not provided.

  • Usage Rights

  • Model Usage Rights:

    You may use the final edited images for:  

    • Portfolio  

    • Social media  

    • Personal promotion  

    • Non‑commercial creative use  

     

    You may not:  

    • Sell the images  

    • Use them for paid advertising  

    • Submit them to commercial brands  

    • Apply heavy filters or alter the edits  

     

    Photographer Rights:

    Imaginative Images retains full copyright and may use images for portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, and artistic promotion.

  • Physical Limitations & Health Disclosure

  • To help ensure your comfort and safety during the photoshoot, you are asked to disclose any physical limitations, injuries, allergies, or conditions that could affect posing, movement, or participation. Sharing this information allows Imaginative Images to adjust posing, pacing, or the environment as needed.
    Please note that Imaginative Images cannot be responsible for injuries or issues that arise from undisclosed conditions.

  • If you choose to share any physical limitations, sensitivities, or conditions, please describe only what is relevant to your comfort and safety during posing, movement, or participation. You are not required to provide medical diagnoses or private medical details — only the information you feel is necessary for a safe and comfortable photoshoot.

  • Fire, Smoke Bombs, Fog Machines & Atmospheric Effects

  • Imaginative Images may use a variety of atmospheric and visual effects, including but not limited to:  

    • Fog machines  

    • Haze machines  

    • Smoke bombs  

    • Candles  

    • Controlled flame elements  

    • Incense  

    • Heat‑based props  

     

    These effects can introduce risks such as respiratory irritation, heat exposure, reduced visibility, slippery surfaces, sparks, residue on clothing, or minor burns. Participation in these setups is voluntary. All safety instructions must be followed at all times.

  • Safety & Conduct

  • All collaborators agree to maintain a respectful, professional environment. No harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior is tolerated. You may bring a chaperone, partner, or friend to any shoot.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you must cancel, notify the photographer as soon as possible. No‑call/no‑shows may result in removal from future collaborations. Weather or safety concerns may require rescheduling.

  • Liability Waiver

  • By participating in a photoshoot with Imaginative Images, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in creative activities that may involve movement, props, outdoor environments, atmospheric effects, smoke, fog, or fire‑based elements. You assume responsibility for your own safety and belongings. Imaginative Images is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property loss resulting from participation, failure to follow instructions, or undisclosed limitations.

  • Agreement Duration & Future Shoots

  • This TFP Collaboration Agreement is signed once and remains on file for all future collaborations with Imaginative Images. You will not need to sign this full agreement again unless it is updated or revised.  

    For each individual photoshoot, you may be asked to complete a simple sign‑in form to confirm attendance, the shoot concept, and any shoot‑specific notes or safety acknowledgments.
