IFTAR PACKING/DISTRIBUTION DETAILS:

Thank you for your interest to volunteer with us for MTFA's Iftar Meal Distribution. Please find the distribution details as follows. Further details will be advised upon confirmation.

Iftar Packing & Distribution Dates
Every Saturday & Sunday throughout Ramadan

*Volunteers are required to sign up for their preferred distribution date(s). Participation is subject to slot availability and confirmation by the Volunteer Management team.

Packing/Coordination of Iftar Meals
Time: 3:30pm - 6:00pm
Location: MTFA, 5 Mattar Rd, 387713

Distribution of Iftar Meals
Time: 4:30pm | 5:00pm | 5:30pm
Reporting Location: MTFA, 5 Mattar Rd, 387713
Distribution Location: Select your preferred area

*Iftar meals will be distributed immediately after collection. Collection times will vary depending on the delivery location(s).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Collection and delivery of iftar meals will take place on the assigned distribution date.

2. Volunteers are required to report to MTFA first to collect the iftar meals before being deployed for delivery.

3. The number of iftar meals allocated will be determined on the day itself, depending on the number of volunteers present.

4. Volunteers are expected to deliver the iftar meals promptly to ensure recipients receive them before iftar time. Please handle all meals with care and avoid opening or tampering with the food items.

5. If you are bringing along family members or friends, please ensure that:
i. Sufficient space is available to accommodate the iftar meals.
ii. Children, individuals with chronic medical conditions, and pregnant women are not included as volunteers.

6. Kindly indicate your preferred delivery area. While we will try our best to accommodate your preference, you may be assigned to another area if operationally required.

7. To facilitate smoother delivery, volunteers are encouraged to bring along a trolley, if available.

8. Volunteers are responsible for their own transport during delivery. MTFA will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the delivery process.

9. To respect beneficiaries’ privacy, please refrain from taking photos or videos unless prior approval has been granted by MTFA.

10. Volunteers are required to remain contactable during the distribution window for coordination purposes.
