  • 1. General Information
    - Tournament Format: Knockout
    - Team Composition: Teams of 3 players
    - Division Type: Male and Female 

    2. Registration
    - Eligibility: Open to all players aged 16 and above who must be UNSW College students or alumni.
    - Registration Fee: $0
    - Registration Deadline: 11:59pm, Friday, 28 February 2026.
    - How to Register: Teams must fill out the registration form above and submit it before the deadline.

    3. Tournament Schedule
    - Match Dates: Matches will be held on Thursday, 5th March.
    - Match Times: Matches will start at 2:15pm and continue until 3:45pm, by which time a champion team will be crowned—please come and do registration at the Fitness and Aquatic Center at 2:00pm.

    4. Match Rules
    - Scoring System: First to 21 or the team with the most points when the 10-minute timer ends. A 2-pointer will get an award of 1 point, and a 3-pointer will get an award of 2 points.

    - Shoot clock: 12-second shot clock

    5. Knockout Format
    - Initial Rounds: Teams will be randomly paired for the first round.
    - Advancement: The winning team from each match advances to the next round.
    - Finals: The last two teams will compete in the final match to determine the champion.

    6. Conduct and Fair Play
    - Sportsmanship: All players are expected to play fairly and respect their opponents.
    - Disputes: Any disputes should be brought to the attention of the tournament referee, whose decision is final.
    - Code of Conduct: Unsportsmanlike behavior, including but not limited to, verbal abuse, physical altercations, or cheating, will result in disqualification.

    7. Prizes
    - Champion Team of each division: $50 voucher prize.

    - 2nd Place (Runner-up) of each division: $30 coffee voucher prize.

    8. Health and Safety
    - Medical Assistance: A first aid kit and medical personnel will be available on-site.
    - Hydration: Water stations will be set up around the venue. Please bring your own Water bottle as well.
