  • Please note:
    As part of our quality management system, precise and written RMA documentation is required. A separate form must be used for each device type.

    1. Completely fill out the online RMA form – it will be automatically sent to our support team.
    2. You will receive an RMA number and the completed document from MSR via email.
    3. Print the RMA document, include it in the package, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package (the shipment will only be accepted if the number is visible!).
    4. Send the package freight prepaid to:
    MSR Electronic GmbH, Returns Department, Bürgermeister-Schönbauer-Straße 13, 94060 Pocking, Germany

  • Processing of your return is only possible with completed RMA form.
    Notes:
    • Devices will be reset to factory settings.
    • Products must be restored to their original/shipping condition. MSR assumes no liability for any loss of data or settings during the repair.
    • Please carefully check whether a defect actually exists. Unauthorized claims will generally incur a processing fee of €50.00 net plus VAT.
    • Devices that are not under warranty will be repaired for a repair fee of €69.00 net plus VAT per device, plus the cost of any replacement parts*. Any shipping and customs costs are to be borne by the sender. By signing, you agree to these terms.
    • The return must be made within 4 weeks after receiving the RMA number. After this period, the RMA number will expire.

    * This repair fee does not apply to products from previous series (not PG) or DGC controllers, which will be charged based on actual effort.

  • Please contact the company from which the product was purchased. Direct processing via MSR-Electronic is not possible.
