  • Registration is $45 until April 7th. On site registration is available for $55 for Saturday's session. Please note that lunch, and session materials are included in your resgistration.

    If you're choosing to be a vendor the fee is ($50) for Saturday OR Sunday only if you'd like to be a vendor both Saturday and Saturday evening the fee is ($75)

    If you are attending Sunday ONLY, registration IS NOT required.

  • Agreement Terms:

    Booth Assignment: The Event Organizer will assign a booth space to the Vendor. The specific location of the booth will be determined by the Event Organizer.
    Payment Terms: The Vendor agrees to pay a fee of $50 for one day or $75 for both days for booth space. Payment must be made in full by Moncay, April 7, 2025.


    Set-Up and Tear-Down: The Vendor agrees to set up their booth by [Set-Up Time] and tear down by [Tear-Down Time]. The Vendor is responsible for all items and displays within their booth space.


    Permits and Licenses: The Vendor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses required to operate their booth.

    Product Restrictions: The Vendor agrees not to sell or display any prohibited items as outlined by the Event Organizer.


    Indemnification: The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Vendor's participation in the event.


    No Guarantee of Results: The Event Organizer does not guarantee any particular level of sales, business, or income for the Vendor as a result of their participation in the event.


    Cancellation: If the Vendor cancels their participation after [Cancellation Date], no refund will be issued.


    Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State]
