Vendor Information & Policies

• Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis.
• Your space is considered reserved only after both your completed application and payment have been received.
• Vendor participation fees are non-refundable, including cancellations, no-shows, or weather-related circumstances beyond the control of the March For Education Foundation.
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents (if permitted), displays, extension cords, and any other equipment needed for their booth.
• Vendors are responsible for keeping their assigned area clean throughout the event and must remove all trash and belongings before leaving.
• Vendors are expected to arrive during the designated setup time.
• Spaces that are not claimed within the designated check-in period may be reassigned without refund.
• Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, permits, licenses, and health regulations related to their products or services.
• The March For Education Foundation reserves the right to decline or remove vendors whose products, services, or conduct are inconsistent with the mission or family-friendly nature of the event.

Vendor Agreement: By submitting this application and payment, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to all vendor policies, including the non-refundable participation fee, responsibility for maintaining my assigned area, timely check-in requirements, and compliance with all event rules and applicable laws.
