    To submit a claim for the Spa Skirting/Cabinets, fill in the form below and upload clear pictures of the affected area along with a picture far enough back to clearly see which side of the spa the defective panel is located.

    Dynasty Spas will review the information for warranty coverage. If approved, a replacement panel/s will be processed under your account at no charge. The warranty does not cover labor or shipping cost associated with cabinet panel replacement, so it is typically best to ship these replacement panels along with your next spa shipment.

    You will receive a confirmation email that the claim has been submitted along with a claim number. Retain a copy of the confirmation and claim number until the claim has been fully processed. This confirmation is emailed to the email address filled in the “Dealer’s Email Address: box in the form below.

    A Dynasty Spas representative will contact you within 48 hours with a determination, or to request more information.
