Please fill the form below to apply to be a vendor. We aim to have a variety of vendors and spots are based on availability for each category. Applying does not guarantee participation at the market. An email will be sent out within 3 business days (Mon - Fri) if accepted along with payment information. Vendor fee must be paid within 5 business days or the spot will be forfeited. Please note that vendor fees are nonrefundable.

In order for us to tag your business on the vendor spotlights we need your social media pages links and/or your website. Please add the LINK to your pages NOT just the name. For example: This is correct - https://www.facebook.com/PolkCountyMomsFl and this is not Polk County Moms.

Vendor Spaces

All spaces are outdoor spaces and are all 10x10. Kid Booth spots are for any entrepreneur under the age of 18 ONLY. There is very limited electricity for outdoor spots. You will need to bring your own tent
Vendor Space options
Do you need a Table & Chairs? Please note that the tables and chairs belong to St. John UMC. The rental fee is paid to them.

Vendor Spotlights: Spotlights are a bonus we offer as a way to highlight your business to the community & our followers on social media. We work hard to write these spotlights and create something special for each participating vendor. If you have specific wording or specific items you want highlighted let us know. We ask that you submit images to use once approved as a vendor. Otherwise, we pick items from your website and social media pages to use.

Commitment: Submitting this form constitutes a commitment on your part to participate as a vendor at "The Hunt is On!" It is essential to review your availability, and ensure that you are fully committed to being a part of the event before applying.

Unforeseen Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent your participation in the event. However, please be aware that our policy strictly states that there will be no refunds issued for booth fees or any other expenses paid in connection with the event, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
