- All items must be handmade. No mass-produced or manufactured products are allowed.
- No food, drink, or food-related items may be sold at artisan booths. (Food vendors must complete the separate Food Vendor Application.)
- All mediums of art are subject to review and approval by the Greenville Tourism Commission (GTC).
- All work displayed must match the description provided in the Artisan Application.
- Direct sales and resale of commercial products are strictly prohibited. (e.g., Lula Roe, Plunder, Pampered Chef, etc.)
- Each artist or craftsman must submit their own individual application.
- I grant permission for the GTC to use photos of my work and booth for event marketing and promotional purposes.
- Squash & Gobble is a rain or shine, one-day outdoor festival. I agree to remain for the full duration unless event closure is declared by the GTC due to severe or unsafe weather.
- Booth placement is determined solely by the GTC and may not be changed.
- Applications are due by June 7th.
- You’ll be notified of your application status no later than June 16th. Accepted vendors will receive a link to pay fees.
- Fees are due by July 1st.
- Booth placements and festival info will be sent out by email no later than September 1st.
Setup & Breakdown:
Setup begins at 6:00 AM CST on event day. All booths must be fully set up and ready to open by 8:00 AM CST.
Breakdown may not begin before 3:00 PM CST on event day.
Electricity & Equipment:
Limited electricity is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed.
Extension cords are not provided. Artisans must bring their own if electricity is approved.
Artisans must supply their own tables, chairs, displays, and any other booth equipment.
Payment & Cancellation:
If accepted, I agree to pay $40 per 10x10 booth space. Payment is due by July 1, 2025.
If payment is not received by the deadline, my space will be reassigned to another artisan on the waiting list.
Booth fees are non-refundable unless I cancel by July 15, 2026.
Liability:
I agree to follow all rules set by the Greenville Tourism Commission.
I release and hold harmless the Greenville Tourism Commission and the City of Greenville from any liability for damage, injury, or loss to myself, my booth, or my goods.
I understand my booth fee will not be refunded if I fail to attend the event.
