• ICF RAC 2026 Call for "Not A Conference" Speakers and SIG Hosts

  • Thank you for your interest in contributing to the Raleigh ICF "Not A Conference" (NAC). This year’s event is intentionally designed to be engaging, interactive, and community-driven—and our members play a central role in shaping the experience.

    In addition to featured speakers, we are inviting members to participate in the NAC by:

    • Key Note Presentations
    • Presenting an Ignite Talk
    • Hosting a Special Interest Group (SIG)

    These sessions will focus on best practices, timely topics, and shared learning within the coaching profession.

    Please note: A separate application is required for each opportunity, along with a brief description of the session you are proposing.

    Eligibility Requirements


    To be considered as an NAC presenter or host, you must meet the following criteria:

    • You must be an active member of ICF 
    • You must be willing to collaborate with the NAC planning team to ensure alignment with the flow and spirit of the event
    • You must agree to allow ICF-RAC to record your session, if applicable, for use by registered attendees and potential inclusion in member archives
    • You must be prepared to actively engage participants and support an interactive, in-person learning environment

     

    Session Types & Guidelines

    🔥 Ignite Presentations, are fast-paced, creative, and idea-driven.

    • Exactly 5 minutes

    • Exactly 20 slides

    • Slides auto-advance every 15 seconds

    • Content should be concise, engaging, and thought-provoking

    Designed to spark curiosity, insight, or conversation—not deliver a full workshop

    🤝 Special Interest Groups (SIGs), Roundtables Discussions
    These sessions are designed to foster dialogue, shared learning, and practical application.

    • Facilitated, interactive conversations centered on relevant coaching or business topics

    • Emphasis on peer learning, best practices, and collective wisdom
      Minimal slides encouraged; engagement is the priority

    Designed to support meaningful connection and exchange

    If you are willing to adhere to the guidelines above, we would love to consider your application.

    Submitting an application begins the review process
    Selected applicants will be notified with next steps and additional details
