  • Welcome! We’re excited to invite you to participate in Squash & Gobble 2026, Greenville’s arts festival on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST. Please complete this application to be considered as a food vendor.

    Please read the terms and conditions below and print a copy for your reference. Your electronic signature acknowledges your agreement to the following terms:
    • Each artist or craftsman must submit their own individual application.
    • My menu the day of the event will reflect the items provided in my submitted application.
    • I grant permission for the GTC to use photos of my work and booth for event marketing and promotional purposes.
    • Squash & Gobble is a rain or shine, one-day outdoor festival. I agree to remain for the full duration unless event closure is declared by the GTC due to severe or unsafe weather.
    • Vendor Location is determined solely by the GTC and may not be changed.
    • Applications are due by June 7th.
    • You’ll be notified of your application status no later than June 16th. Accepted vendors will receive a link to pay fees.
    • Fees are due by July 1st.
    • Booth placements and festival info will be sent out by email no later than September 1st.
    • Food vendors are responsible for determining and aquiring all necessary permits from local and state governments. These permits must be on hand and/or displayed according to state and local laws on the day of the event.  


    Setup & Breakdown:

    Food Truck may set up on Friday September 18th at 6:00PM - 7:30PM

    Booth setup begins at 6:00 AM CST on event day. All vendors must be fully set up and ready to open by 8:00 AM CST.

    Breakdown may not begin before 3:00 PM CST on event day. 

    Electricity & Equipment:

    Limited electricity is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed.

    Extension cords are not provided. Artisans must bring their own if electricity is approved.

    Payment & Cancellation:

    If accepted, I agree to pay $50 per food truck or $40 per 10x10 booth space. Payment is due by July 1st, 2026. 

    If payment is not received by the deadline, my space will be reassigned to another artisan on the waiting list.

    Fees are non-refundable unless I cancel by July 15th, 2026.
    Liability:

    I agree to follow all rules set by the Greenville Tourism Commission.

    I understand that I am responsible for determining and aquiring all necessary permits from local and state governments. These permits must be on hand and/or displayed according to state and local laws on the day of the event. 


    I release and hold harmless the Greenville Tourism Commission and the City of Greenville from any liability for damage, injury, or loss to myself, my booth, or my goods.


    I understand my fee will not be refunded if I fail to attend the event.
