• Sixteenth Street Baptist Church Building Use/Special Events Request Form

  • General Information

    •Please check date availability before planning your event.

    •Response will be provided in writing.

    •1/2 deposit of rental fee is required to hold date. Balance due two weeks before event (no exceptions)

    •Church will be inspected for damages (and requestor assessed – if appropriate) after each requested use.

    •No smoking or use alcohol is permitted in the Church. No food allowed in upstairs Sanctuary.

    •All arrangements involving flowers and candles must be cleared with Church staff.

    •Not responsible for lost or damaged items of requestor, attendees or any others.

    •$400 per hour

    •$1200 (3 hours)

    •$2500 (All day)

    •$150 Additional for kitchen use with event

    We do request that you respect the facility as a place of worship, the House of God. All activities should be representative of this fact. Church reserves the right to decline building use for activities not deemed appropriate for the environment. Church also reserves the right to close the facility at any time for this Church’s intended use, restoration or repair.
