By Checking, I understand, • All attendees must be 21 years of age or older and must present a valid government issued photo ID at check in. Guests who cannot provide valid ID may be denied entry without refund. • Tickets are non transferable without prior coordination with the organizer; name changes may require advance notice. Practices like name matching and confirmation are common in existing tour registrations. • The rocket launch is weather dependent and may be delayed, modified, or canceled for safety reasons at the discretion of event staff. In the event the launch cannot be conducted, the remainder of the program will proceed as planned.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

By checking , I understand • Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the event date (by 5:00 PM on February 5, 2026) are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations made between 3 and 6 calendar days before the event (February 6–9, 2026) are eligible for a 50% refund. • Cancellations within 72 hours of the event (after 5:00 PM on February 9, 2026), as well as no shows, are not eligible for a refund. • If the museum cancels the event in its entirety (for example, due to weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances), registered guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date, if available.
