    Mountainside Market is a juried event accepting vendors based on variety, originality, and quality of goods sold. Vendor selection is designed to provide customers with not only the highest quality of vendors but a collection of vendors who compliment one another in such a way to create a cohesive feel.

    We are looking for vendors in the following categories: home decor, vintage, antique, re-purposed, upcycled, clothing and accessories, jewelery, scents and fragrences, health and beauty, art, signs, seasonal handmade items and more.

    Once we have received your application, we will review it and notify you by email if you have been accepted into the Market. Please make sure you are checking your junk/spam folders just in case it gets lost. 

    Space is limited, so please don't wait to fill out your application.

    These Events work the best when our vendors are advertising the Market alongside Mountianside Market and Hoffman Farms Store. If you have social media, the $35 fee will be waived if you are willing to do the following.

    Location: Hoffman Farms Store Greenhouse 22242 SW Scholls Ferry Rd. Beaverton, OR. 97007

    General hours of the Market are 10-5 on Saturday. 

    We ask that you DO NOT leave before the end time as we want to provide a fun shopping atmosphere for all who will be there. 

    Set up is on Saturday, April 4th from 8-10am.

    -Depending on the weather, it might be wet. So please plan accordingly. 

    -All spaces are to be set up to look presentable and professional. Please put time and care into how your space looks. Tables and chairs are not provided, so please bring all that you need.

    -Canopies or pop up tents are not allowed. 

    -Wi-fi is not available. Please plan accordingly.

    -Electical outlets are extremely limited. Please plan accordingly.

    -All vendors are encouraged to accept cash AND use a cash-less system. (Square, PayPal, Venmo, ect.) 

    -Tear down will be at 5pm on Satuday night. Please do not tear down till the end of the event. 

    -Table/Booth/Advertising Fee is non-refundable. 

    -The Farm Store will have food, coffee, drinks and treats all available for purchase. 

    We're exctied to be working alongside this wonderful Farm. Please remember that this is a family friendly event and conduct yourself in a professional business manner.
