• PMA Kevin Grady Memorial Scholarship 

    Etablished in 1991, the PMA Memorial Scholarship honors members of the Property Management Association who have passed away by supporting the educational goals of their families. Each year, the scholarship is awarded in memory of a PMA member whose legacy reflects service, leadership, and commitment to the industry.

    In 2026, the scholarship honors the memory of Kevin Grady.

    The scholarship provides up to $3,000 toward tuition at any accredited university, college, technical, or vocational school for a child or grandchild of a PMA member in good standing. The scholarship is funded primarily through PMA’s Summer Escape and is presented annually in the fall.

    Application Requirements

    • Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
    • Be a U.S. citizen
    • Be the child or grandchild of a PMA member in good standing
    • Be a high school senior, high school graduate, or currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, technical, or vocational school
    • Complete the scholarship application in full
    • Submit all required materials by the stated deadline

    Application Period: Applications will be accepted through August 14, 2026.

    Selection Criteria: The PMA EPIC Awards Committee reviews and selects scholarship recipient(s). Financial need is not a selection criterion. Criteria include:

    • Applicants must fulfill all application requirements
    • Essays will be evaluated based on content, writing quality, and adherence to accepted grammatical standards
    • Applicants must be well-rounded students involved in extracurricular and civic activities
    • Financial need is not a selection criterion
