PTA Funding Family Feedback
  • PTA Funding Feedback

  • As we begin planning the PTA budget for the 2026–2027 school year, we are looking ahead and thinking carefully about how best to support our students and school community. Many of the programs and events we offer rely on both fundraising and volunteers to make them possible. Over the past year, we have seen a decline in both available funds and volunteer participation, which makes thoughtful planning especially important.

If we meet our fundraising goals next year, all current programs will continue to be fully funded. However, if funding or volunteer support is lower than expected, we want any future decisions to be guided by input from our families and staff and focused on what has the greatest impact on students and classrooms. This survey is for planning purposes only.

Once responses are collected—and only if changes need to be considered—we will communicate with families and staff and gather additional feedback before any decisions are made.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey below to help us understand which PTA programs and events are most important to your family.

  • For each program or event listed below, please select the option that best reflects its priority from your family’s perspective.

Consider which programs are most important to your child’s experience and your family’s connection to the school, which are valuable but flexible, and which could be adjusted only if funding or volunteer support were limited. If you are not familiar with a program, please select “Not Familiar / No Opinion.”
