Rapid Intake is a monthly subscription service that includes ongoing automation, lead capture systems, monitoring, and support for your business.
All plans are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan.

Setup & Onboarding Fee
All accounts require a one-time Professional Setup & Onboarding Fee.
This fee covers:
• Intake form configuration
• Automation workflows
• Routing & notifications setup
• System testing
• Deployment
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Monthly Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew each month on your billing date.
You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
No long-term contracts required.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or submitting a cancellation request.
• Cancellation stops future billing only
• No partial-month refunds
• Service remains active until the end of your current billing period

Early Cancellation After Setup
Because each account requires custom setup and installation:
If cancellation occurs within the first 30 days after setup, the setup fee remains non-refundable.
This ensures the time and labor spent building your system is covered.

Data & System Access After Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
• Intake forms may be disabled
• Automations will stop running
• SMS/email alerts will stop
• Access to dashboards may be removed
Clients may request a copy of their lead data before deactivation.

Reactivation
Accounts can be reactivated anytime.
A new setup fee may apply if systems must be rebuilt.
